Cancelation Policy

Order Processing & Cancellation

Once an order has entered processing, it generally cannot be canceled. We are unable to stop, change, or intercept shipments once they are being prepared or dispatched.

Right to Cancel

Order cancellation is possible only before the order enters processing. Once payment is confirmed and processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, you must inform us through a clear written statement (such as email to info@amanahjewelry.com) before the order enters processing. Requests submitted after processing has begun will not be accepted.

Orders in Transit

If your order is already in transit, it cannot be canceled and must be received by the customer. Please refer to our Return Policy for options once you have received your order.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, this policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.
